Find Your New Best Friend
Every animal at Wigglestail Animal Sanctuary has a story—and their next chapter could begin with you. Some came from neglect, others from heartbreak, but all are full of hope. Whether you’re drawn to a playful pup, a quiet cuddle cat, or a rescued farm animal, we’re here to help you find the perfect match.
Adopting from us starts with a conversation. We’ll get to know you, guide you through the process, and help you welcome your new companion with confidence and care.

🐾 How Adoption Works at Wigglestail
1. Let’s Chat
Spotted a dog you love? Send us a message or come meet us at an open day — we’ll talk through what kind of companion might be right for you.
2. Come Say Hi
We’ll arrange a visit so you can meet the dog in person. If you have other pets, we can plan a careful introduction too.
3. Read the Guide
Before anything’s confirmed, we’ll send you our Dog Adoption Guide — it’s full of helpful info about what to expect, what you’ll need, and how to prepare.
4. Trial Time
If it feels like a match, your new friend will come home for a 7–10 day trial. It’s a chance for everyone to settle in and see how it feels.
5. Check-In & Paperwork
Still a good fit? Great! We’ll answer any final questions, talk through care needs, and sign the adoption papers together.
6. Welcome to the Family
That’s it — they’re officially yours. We’re always here if you need support, and we love hearing how our animals are doing in their new lives.
Happily Adopted
These are the stories we live for. The tail wags at the door, the cozy naps in new homes, the once-scared animals now full of joy.
Here you’ll find the beautiful faces who’ve found their forever families. Their stories remind us why we do this work, and why it matters.
Scroll through, smile, and celebrate with us.
